The Philadelphia Mausoleum of Contemporary Arts, or PhilaMOCA as it’s commonly known, has been a mainstay of arts and culture in Philadelphia for years and has gained both national and international notoriety. The curator, Eric Bresler, describes the history of the space and how it transformed from a family mausoleum business, to a recording studio, to finally what it is today – a multipurpose exhibition space for music, arts, and much, much more.
