SEPTA travelers are finally getting back SEPTA Service, which experienced heavy delays/defunct service due to snow storm Jonas that hit just weeks ago. In fact, it was ranked the fourth-worst snow storm we have seen here on the east coast within the last 60, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Not only were roadways blocked, parking lots filled, and sidewalks icy, but popular Regional Rail service SEPTA took a huge hit. As you can imagine, riders were NOT HAPPY. See the Storify story here!
