SEPTA travelers are finally getting back SEPTA Service, which experienced heavy delays/defunct service due to snow storm Jonas that hit just weeks ago. Not only were roadways blocked, parking lots filled, and sidewalks icy, but popular Regional Rail service SEPTA took a huge hit. As you can imagine, riders were NOT HAPPY. See the Storify story here!
